Fantastic professional caring and compassionate experience from the onset. As a needle phobic (and apparently carpal tunnel surgery phobic patient) the team put me at ease and nursed me through the worst. Can not thank the team enough. Recovery has been speedy and trouble free due to the cleanliness of the surgery area and skills of the surgeons. Well done girls and lads of cic. Recovery staff were excellent too. Would come again but only had two hands needing operated on lol x

The nurses and doctors try really hard to place patients at their ease and I will pass your comments to the Day Surgery staff.
