My husband had his gallbladder removed on 10/7/15 at LGH and was a patient in the day case unit 1. The staff were fantastic, caring and professional in every way even though they were very busy with other patients they were very attentive to everyone there making sure everything ran smoothly and there were no delays. The anesthetist was lovely and put us both at ease, he even popped out and gave me the thumbs up :-) A very big thank you to the surgeon because of them we can now live life to the full again! I highly recommend the care at the LGH, it is the NHS at it's finest!
