"Excellent up until an X Ray"

Fantastic service here earlier in the year with a badly bruised hand. I went in to have it x-rayed and received first rate and very swift service even towards the end of admissions. The reception and nurse who saw me were lovely. It was such a shame that the hospital was very much let down by the rude x ray reception staff who upon seeing me, started slamming around papers and said "oh my god, I'm supposed to go home." Now, I found this amusing and petulant rather than upsetting, but I can imagine that someone who is feeling frail or nervous might have felt very differently. Shocking and childish behaviour from a person in a care service position. This was some time ago now and I have no idea if the staff have changed by this point - I am guessing at the date visited.
