What I liked

I have been treated many times at PRH and attend several clinics so have a lot of experiences of different aspects the hospital. My life has been saved twice and last December was in a life threatening coma. Overall I have a great deal of praise for the hospital and am quick to stick up for it when people run it down. Of course there are hiccups but that happens in every walk of life and is often down to understaffing. I have a lot to thank the hospital for !!

What could be improved

More staff and better communication between wards on transfer. Apley Ward does not treat patients who are not private very well and I had difficulty getting out of there even though I was only transfered to be discharged in 4 hours after monitoring new medication I had 2 nights free B & B because the right paperwork hadnt been signed !
