About: University Hospital Wishaw / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I was admitted to the hospital in July to the high dependency coronary care unit. I received excellent care and attention from all staff in the ward. Kirsten and the staff nurse Carol were very attentive and professional.

I am sorry to hear that you have recently been unwell and I thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience whilst in the Coronary Care Unit here at Wishaw General Hospital. I know the team work really hard to provide the best possible care for patients and I will be very pleased to pass on your kind words to them, and in particular to Kirsten and Carol.
