"Good day turned bad"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

My friends and I have come from London to have fun in Sheffield and after hiring some bikes in the Peak District the journey sadly ended in a fall that resulted in my friend's wrist being broken. The team at the hospital put a damper on our day even though we were still in high spirits due to their dismissive attitude towards us as well as making us feel like we were taking up their time.

I am so sorry to hear about your negative experience here in Sheffield. This is obviously not the impression we would wish for visitors to have of our services that we normally receive compliments for.

If you are able to provide further details to our Patient Partnership team we would be able to look into this matter. You can contact the team on telephone number 0114 271 2400 or by emailing them at pst@sth.nhs.uk

Kind regards
