About: New Cross Hospital

Some of the staff have no respect for older patient's. My mother wanted to go to bed after being stuck in a chair most of the day . She had a hip operation a week before therefore was not able to get into bed on her own. She couldnt get hold of anyone so another patient put her to bed . They ignored her when she was not to be put on her side. I would not and I know she woulnt want to go there again.
