"Great Service but room too warm"

About: Specialist Nursing Services / Special needs dental service/Community Dental Service

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Ram and Laura provided a very good service at Hyson Green Dental Clinic.

The appointment was on time.

The room was very warm and could do with air conditioning to keep the temperature comfortable.

I'm so pleased you received such good service at Mary Potter Health Centre and that you were seen on time.

The service takes on board your comments reagrding the temperature of the room and will continue to monitor the situation and report to the landlords.
