(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Everything was perfect at Hyson Green Dental Clinic apart from the room being very warm and unpleasant due to the weather.

Its so pleasing to hear you found the service you received at Mary Potter Dental Department perfect.

The surgeries do get warm in the summer and we are taking measures to try and reduce the temeperature. Thank you for raising this.
