What I liked

From the time I was admitted to the Minor A&E and then to the assessment ward, I found all the doctors and nurse's to be very professional at what they did, and I was treated very well, I have no complaints what so ever.

What could be improved

When I was discharged I spent an hour or so on the discharge ward awaiting my wife to pick me up.

If I was to have an adverse thought of RSH then this area would be the place I would complain about if I was to stay there longer than I did.

I found the place to be very overcrowded and not a nice ward to experiance, not very clean.
