"Cheerful care in A&E"

About: Wexham Park Hospital

Last night (13July2015), I visited A&E at Wexham Park Hospital as I needed stitches for a cut between my fingers. From the moment I arrived and went past the entrance door by mistake and a lovely person saw us looking quizzical and redirected us with a smile to the right door, we felt that we had a lovely, friendly and efficient service. The receptionist had a great sense of humour for booking us in (my husband and I laughed quite a bit), The Triage nurse was lovely and radiologist was friendly and helpful and HCA in the Green Department who cleaned, glued and dressed the wound, was amazing. Service with a smile makes such a difference and everyone we came into contact with was cheerful and lovely. Thank you for being a great team.
