"Taken to A&E"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

On the 6th July at about 1730 I was taken ill with a fit at home. A family member called the ambulance service. They arrived promptly to find me extremely confused not knowing what was going on. In the ambulance I was agitated. However the ambulance staff started talking to me about guitars which made me relax. Their whole attitude was brilliant and so professional which made me calm and feel safe. On arrival at A&E I felt in excellent hands throughout and the treatment I received was superb. Please pass on my thanks to all the people who attended me. How anyone can complain about our NHS I will never know as whenever I use it I always receive first class treatment.
