Wanted The Ear nose and throat department , oporator said This is at The BRI now and said good bye. How rude.

Dear Anonymous – thank you for advising of your poor experience. Clearly the switchboard operator should have taken the time and trouble to explain as the service was operated by the BRI the could not connect you and at the very least have given you their central switchboard number. I do apologise for the lack of good customer service. The switchboard team will be informed so appropriate action can be taken. Kind Regards – Steve Sykes Advice and Complaints Team
