"Lundy ward"

About: North Devon District Hospital

Would have been 5 stars but for a couple of stroppy nurses in A & E who wanted to discharge me in pain. Ambulance service were first class as were the ward staff on Lundy ward. Especially the nurse who was the only one to get my pain under control. Another nurse who got the kitchen to make me a tuna salad and who was just brilliant. All of the staff including the sodexo staff who provided teas and coffees and kept the place clean were thoroughly professional. Thankyou

Dear Mr Flower

Thank you for posting your comments on the website. I was sorry to note that an almost 5 star service was marred by poor staff attitude, but pleased to see everything else went so well.

I have forwarded your comments on to service managers for both Lundy and A&E, for your positive comments and also for staff reflection on your A&E experience.

Kind regards

Jayne
