"Royal London - Ultrasound - Really good experience"

I am used to a very high standard of Medical Care and the Royal London hospital's Ultrasound department provided a world-class experience. The building is new, clean and pretty impressive. Staff on reception were efficient (it was a Sunday ... so not busy) and friendly. The Medical staff who did the Ultrasound cannot be faulted. Calm, reassuring, professional plus warm. Thank you - and deserving of praise. I feel the NHS gets a bad rap and it plus the St Barts Trust can be very proud of Royal London. Some of the clients, however, did seem a little rude, ignorant and ungracious.
