"excellent care"

Thank-you so much to the kind, calm and helpful staff in A&E today. My father had a fall and was thoroughly reviewed, kindly cared for and discharged home with every offer of help and support. Particular thanks to the friendly receptionist who 'found' my dad for me when I arrived worried and beckoned me over with a cheerful smile. Just someone being 'nice' meant so much at that moment. And also the doctor who took the the time to talk through the X-ray. Thank-you all you are doing great work.
