I wander in at 6:30am (forgot my letter) & a kind member of staff walked me up to my ward - ward 1. Admitted quickly, friendly & efficient nurses, timings all explained. Anaesthetic & Consultant were great & whole process was seamless. The Freeman is a great hospital, working well under great pressure. Why have we limited healthcare pay rises? It's a scandal.

All of our staff endeavour to provide co-ordinated and compassionate care and your comments have been passed onto the staff involved during your visit, who really appreciate such kind words.
