With a broken bone in my hand, I was given x- ray, expert advice, proper strapping up to stabilise it and advice to go home to Essex to my local hospital to be operated on. It was because of your Nurse Practioner's professional attitude and knowledge that I have had the operation today, five days later having had a second opinion after being fobbed off with the promise of manipulation 10 days after the injury. Your staff knowledge gave me the confidence to question what I was being told and I am pleased to report that the operation went successfully today. I would recommend anyone to use your excellent service and your exceptional staff. Keep up the good work and many thanks. Kevin Pugh
