"Putting Care into Healthcare"

I recently had a full knee replacement at BRI. The staff, from ancillaries and support, nursing, physio and surgical made me feel that I was the most important person on earth, and I mean every single person who was involved in my care. If there was a TripAdvisor for hospitals and people, I'd give BRI a score of 10/10
