I can't thank two of the staff enough for my treatment today. Everything they did from making me feel comfortable and relaxed to explaining what they were doing. I came away feeling very assured. Please pass on my thanks.

Many thanks for your kind words with regards to our services in the Radiology department at the RVI. Our staff are aware that undergoing scans can be a worrying experience and try to re-assure our patients to achieve the best patient experience whilst obtaining the best possible clinical imaging and I am glad you found their approach helpful.
