"Caring and involved"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

Cannot fault the service I received from the doctor and their staff. They were all engaged with what they were doing and made the experience less traumatic. Shame about lack of Parking

Response from Leicester Royal Infirmary

Dear Bill, Firstly, thank you for sharing your experience with us, this positive feedback will mean a lot to the team. We have passed onto the orthopaedics service managers to share with the wider team. Secondly, we would like to apologise for the lack of parking at Leicester Royal Infirmary. It is no secret that this has been an ongoing issue for staff, visitors and patients for some time now. However, alongside our new A&E, we are currently building a new multi-storey car park for patients and visitors. This will create an additional 400 spaces and is due to open this winter. For more information, please visit http://www.leicestershospitals.nhs.uk/aboutus/reconfiguration-projects/public-multi-storey-car-park/ Best wishes Communications Team Leicester's Hospitals
