About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

Visited A and E on Thursday/Friday morning very poorly taken to hospital in ambulance. Staff very rude and un sympathetic. Dust on all medical equipment in room. Staff very uninformative. sent home with no medical advice. Returned back Friday 6pm again felt totality the same asked to do a water sample not even shown where the toilets were. Had to walk back through main reception even though I was in a lot of pain.
