What I liked
Friendly male nurse in A&E. There are no other positive comments I can make.
What could be improved
Care, clean water to drink, advice and information. Separation of male and female patients.
Anything else?
The MAU experience was a nightmare. I would rather die at home on the floor than be admitted to this Unit again. There was no privacy, dignity, male and female bays are unacceptable and those responsible for this Unit should hang their heads in shame.
