I have been a patient at the Cumberland Infirmary and my children have had various visits, as have other family members, both as emergency & non-emergency admittance's. My experiences have always been positive and I think the staff do a wonderful job and shoud be recognised for that.

It is always pleasing to hear when people have had a good experience at our hospitals. The staff throughout the hospital really strive to treat their patients as they would wish to be treated themselves. It is lovely to hear that their efforts are making a difference to patients.
