What could be improved
why has one of the ratings been taken off the system. It was about a family complaining about the treatment of their Father on the William Harvey Ward (posted before April) and how long he had waited for to see a consultant for his treatment of cancer.It had a note at the end of the complaint that the family had made a formal complaint to the Hospital. By removing this complaint you do not give a true picture of the Hospital. Please explain why this was removed as it can help people make important decisions about where they choose to receive treatment.
