"Drop in centre in woman's hospital"

About: Yeovil District Hospital

Went in for our babies 5 day check up after having the 4 day check at home as for it would be easier. The midwife that visited us tokd us just to wait on the waiting area and they would come get us. Then we would found there was a list that we had to put our names on bit never for told this. We have arrived at half 2 and had to wait till half 3, we only found out by overhearing other people. So we had to wait even longer with a crying and hungry baby. The policy change every time and don't see why we should ajve to wait just cause your staff to not communicate with each other.

We are really sorry to hear of the difficulties you encountered. Would you be happy to telephone Linda Hann, our Patient Experience Manager on 01935384657 as she would really like to talk to you about it.
