In June an ambulance had to be called for me at my workplace as the operator believed I may have been having a stroke. Upon my arrival at A&E the level of care I received was exemplary. I was even offered something to eat while I waited to be seen! By this point it was already determined that I was not having a stroke, and was referred to Eye Casualty. Again, the care I received there was fantastic. Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand, and it felt as though the two departments really work well together. Today I was back for more tests in Ophthalmology. I was seen before my appointment time, and again, everything was done to make me feel calmer and at ease. This was a massively scary experience, but could have been much worse. This is all down to the incredible staff at RBH. Thank you for continuing to help me through this difficult time.
"Thank you so much!"
