"Very impressed with Cardiology dept St Thomas'"

I attended a follow up appointment at St Thomas Cardiology department yesterday. The staff on reception were welcoming, friendly, courteous and efficient. My consultation with Prof was first class, efficient, thorough and friendly. My symptoms and test results were explained to me in plain English (including a drawing of how my heart was working), all my questions were answered fully, I was put at ease and have utmost respect for, confidence and trust in the Consultant. I feel so much better for having attended. Everyone involved in my care since becoming a patient in January (as an out and in patient) have been excellent. Thank you so much St Thomas Hospital. Well worth my long journey to central London.
