"Booking a scan"

About: Orpington Hospital

I went in to radiography to book a scan as advised by my doctor. I spoke to the receptionist desk who said "we haven't been told how to book these in", not very re-assuring as I wanted to be advised a date there and then, the whole reason I went there in person. I was told to leave my details and someone would send me my appointment in the post Not good enough. Why there be am appointment registed to hand so the can book thes appointments in, just like going to the doctor, simple ! Not very fruitful when interrogating the website for Orpington Hospital, couldn't find rediography, even though I know there is one, I went there !? Not impressed at all !
