"Excellent service from theatre staff, anaesthetics..."

Absolutely commending your service from start to finish through the orthopaedic and anaesthetics departments and theatres. this was my first visit to bedford. staff very professional, very helpful. Very clean environment. Organised and lines of communication and transfer of care, updates etc were excellent. It was very clear and re-assuring to me that I was in capable hands and was informed and involved with all procedures that needed to take place eg, x-ray, blood tests and further planning from these investigations. Essentially the department played a vital and pinnacle role in assisting me back to health following a fractured femur (sport induced) on a Friday night (hence challenging environment). Thank you.
