"Best service I've ever had from the NHS"

About: Victoria Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I had an appointment for a Saturday (great did not need to take time off work as I work in Perth) at 3. 50 and the hospital called me on the day and asked if I could come in earlier (even better because I was able to plan my day better) at a time that suited me 1pm.

The reception staff where nice and friendly and when I saw the Dr he treated my arm there and then so no other appointment needed. Best service I have ever had from the NHS: )
