I had cause to visit A and E with my grandson recently. I have nothing but praise for the courtesy shown me and the prompt treatment for my grandson. Thank you reception, thank you nursing staff. You do a grand job. X

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with us, I will make sure the Emergency Department team hear how much you appreciated the care and treatment your grandson received at our Hospital. It can be very frightening coming into hospital, especially as a child, and I think sometimes even more so for the grandparents. I was really pleased to read your grandson was treated promptly. I hope he is continuing to make a good recovery. I am grateful to you for taking the time to share your feedback; it will be immensely appreciated especially by the nursing and reception staff.
