What I liked

What could be improved

The nurses could have been friendlier and should introduce themselves when meeting patients for the first time.

Anything else?

As i was quite sick after an operation the painkillers were not really working very well. When i asked for painkillers on the evening after my operation i was told id had all i was down for so i was left in pain and didnt sleep all night. When i asked for a sleeping tablet that was denied , the nurse said the policy of the hospital was not to give sleeping tablets too late in the evening. If id known i was not going to sleep because of the pain i was in i would have asked for a sleeping pill. Quite an uncaring attitude i thought. This was ward 10 which i would not recommend.
