"Administrative staff"

The Crisis team have been excellent. thank you for that. However, when I had an o/p appointment on my first visit I went to the reception window where the person told me they couldn't help me as although they were sitting typing at the front desk they were not the receptionist. The receptionist was sour faced and grumpy and unhelpful. I have had my blood tests done and have been told on 4 separate occasions that an appointment will be 'coming in the mail.' that was 4 weeks ago and still is not here. As for the locum I saw who told me 'Stay there, I'll get you an appointment' they disappeared into a side room and I haven't seen or heard from them since. Unless I receive an appointment by 10th July I will be putting in a formal complaint. People with mental health issues are not stupid, and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, not like so much muck on someone's shoe.
