patients, it seems, just get in the way of hospital life... idiotically run. ignoring cqc report. ignoring previous complaints (which were upheld) a) what's the point of offering out patients appointments at times that transport won't cover? or b) what's the point of a transport service that can't get patients to and from the appointment times offered by the hospital? and c) if the orthopod thinks a f/u appointment should be booked, why wasn't it booked? seems like they're not learning from their cqc report...
