"Very caring staff in A and E"

My 86 year old mother was brought in by ambulance with a possible heart or stroke problem on a Saturday afternoon.. The nurse was excellent in painlessly taking her blood first time as she is usually difficult to get blood from. They were also very caring towards her. We were then thankful that the doctors attended without too much delay and were very kind and attentive to my mother, There was a doctor and medical student who were very thorough with their assessments. My mother found them very friendly and they communicated extremely well to both of us. I really appreciate the service we received on a Saturday afternoon, from the initial first responder, the ambulance crew and the hospital staff.
