(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I contacted the Dentist at Hyson Green Dental Clinic at 8. 45 one morning for an emergency appointment following a dental problem over the weekend. I was offered an appointment at 10. 00am.

From the Receptionist, Dental Nurse and Dentist I was treated with the upmost respect and the care I needed was carried out professionally and efficiently.
