Thank you for the excellent care you provided to my grandad for the 3months out of 5 he was on your ward in hospital ! Decisions of his care were discussed with family and we were updated on any problems straight away. All staff were very friendly :) after being discharged ( after being on ward 6, congleton war manorial after ward 7 ) he unfortunately got rushed back to hospital. He was put back on ward 7, most staff remembered us which was nice but unfortunately he passed away with severe pneumonia and heart failure at aged 84 :( 3.06.15 💞 Thank you for all your help, much appreciated !! He wouldn't of able to come home after the first admission without your care. Staff were very kind on the day of his death, making sure that we were ok and if we wanted a drink etc. Thank you again!
