"Left abandoned ,Still waiting for a call from..."

Standard of care is truly appalling. My mother was previously left waiting for a lung operation and left with muscle wastage for being bed ridden .A nurse contacted us to hurry up down to the hospital as blood was pouring from her. It turned out to be another patient. Made a appointment for the consultant to contact me by phone with a critical health update. No call received, not answer machine message, still not call. Mother is still in ward after four weeks. She rang me on my mobile this morning, panting saying she can not breath .
