"palliatric care for my wife"

My wife was in the ashmore ward from 1 May to 1 june 2015 receiving palliatric care and died on the 1 June 2015. I would like to express my most sincere thanks for the absolutely top rate care she received in the hospital. All the staff were completely dedicated, caring and extremely efficient in their work. I and my family, felt very much at ease during the time Pauline was there and we knew she was getting the best care available anywhere. I know that to the staff, it is their job but that can be said for any nursing staff in any hospital. In Westminster Memorial Hospital, the nurses consider their duties as much much more than a job. Please accept my most sincere thanks for looking after Polly during her time there and also for the support shown to me and my family.

Thank you so much for the positive feedback that you have given to the team here at the Westminster Memorial Hospital – I have fed your comments back to the team and they feel very privileged to have been able to make a small difference during a very difficult time for you and your family and we send you our very best wishes – thank you. Helen Lawes, Hospital Matron.
