About: Russells Hall Hospital

I attended A&E due to a problem with my eye yesterday on the advice of my GP and was very impressed by the treatment I received. I waited for about 1 hour 15 mins which was no problem given there were other people with more urgent needs in front of me, and I was seen by a Nurse Practioner who was knowledgable and compassionate. They dealt with my problem promptly and explained everything to me. Despite it being a busy time in the department I felt they didn't rush me and dealt with my problem in a very kind manner. As an employee of this Trust I feel proud of our hospital and it's staff.
