It seems impossible to access the pain management clinic? I asked my consultant if they could refer me only to be told they didn't think it would help! Disgusting reaction!

I am very sorry you have been given this information as it is not what we expect our consultants to say. I am aware that you must have been in significant pain to have thought about the pain clinic. It is unacceptable this was the response you received.
I would like to investigate this further and would therefore be grateful if you would contact the Complaints Department and I'll be happy to speak to you and look into this further.
