I was admitted to this hospital with a near fatal kidney disorder. I was unaware where I was but when I woke on the Womens ward having slept for a week I found all the staff to be caring, attentive and kind. I was being treated appropriately and found the medical staff had managed to return me back from the brink and had saved my life with their speedy actions. Once awake I felt welcomed to be there and that the staff were as relieved as I was. There was a sense of humour and good spirits on the ward. I heard no complaints from anyone. I was taken by ambulance to L & D after being turned away from Watford General on the brink of collapse as the waiting time was 5 hours in A & E.
"Excellent quality good level of care and hygeine"
