"Extremely poor service at childrens A&E"

My recent visit at childrens A&E with my 10 yr for a minor injury ws a poorling, it took over 3 hours with very little explanation or empathy from staff, we left without my son getting the full treament. It may have been a different outcome had his injuries been serious. There seemed to be alot of staff wondering around and alot of patient waiting. It saddens me to see the low standards of care within the health service and the un professionalism of the staff with whom we trust with our lives, I dread the day when I have to visit there again.
