Our Uncle collapsed while in the Emergency Care Ward at The Wishaw General and we were sent for. We were shown to a room and one of the Senior Staff Nurses Andy came to speak with me while other family members came. It wasn't good news.
Not only did my Uncle receive great care but so did we. Andy the Senior Staff Nurse was so kind explaining to us about what had happened so we were prepared for the news that he was critical.
The Hospitals are never out the news with bad stories. They should come to the Emergency Care Ward and see what good work that they do. Senior Staff Nurse Andy took complete control of the situation so kind and caring and we truly can't thank him and the other staff enough for every thing they did. Will never forget them. You have a great Nurse there
