The actual care I received was good and the nursibg staff excellent . However, the attitude of some of the reception staff was extremely poor - off-hand and irritable.

Whilst pleased you feel that the care and treatment you received from the clinical team in the breast unit was good, we too are concerned if one our receptionists was not dealing with our patients with appropriate dignity and respect. Thanks for getting in touch - we'll pass your comments on to the team responsible.
