"I spent 4 days on ward F12 earlier ..."

What I liked

I spent 4 days on ward F12 earlier this year and I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone. All the nurses and staff were very kind and helpful and always happy to help if I had any questions. The ward was very clean and the cleaners who I saw did a great job too. After I had returned home I had a couple of things I was unsure of and when I telephoned direct to them they were very helpful.

What could be improved

The ward could do with a bit of extra ventilation or cooling system as I was there when we were having a very hot spell of weather and the room did get quite hot and stuffy. The nurses were great and did their best to cool it down with a fan and by opening the windows, not the fault of the hospital just lack of funds for the NHS i think.

I do think the food could be improved too but that seems to be a common thing anywhere.

Anything else?

The car park charges are very high!
