"A great level of care in radiology department"

My 3month old son had an appointment. I was anxious and nervous. The staff from the reception desk to the staff completing the tests were amazing, polite, on time, clear and friendly. They not only showed my son care but entertained him the whole time so much so he was smiling. They also cared for my emotions and no question was to silly and they answered them all so clearly.

Thank you for taking the time to share about your experience in the radiology department. Coming in to hospital for any procedure is an anxious time for many parents and I am really pleased to read how caring and supportive the whole team were. One of our 6 hospital values is compassion and it sounds as if all the team demonstrated this to both you and your son, helping to ease your anxieties and distracting your son from the tests he was having. I hope he doesn't require further tests or treatment but should he need to then hopefully both you and he will be less worried about coming in next time.
