"A quick thank you"

About: Solihull Hospital

I have taken my mother into the eye clinic on several occasions and have always found the staff to be thoughtful and professional. I wanted to say a special thank you to a member of staff who has been particularly helpful on the last two occasions in helping to sort out eye drop dispensers, over and above what you would normally expect. Many thanks.

It is lovely that you have found on all of your attendances that the staff have been thoughtful and professional. I will ensure that your feedback is forwarded to Sarah Crathorne, Matron for Ophthalmology who will ensure that your comments are communicated to the whole team, and I am sure they will be thrilled as they work very hard to provide a positive patient experience.
