"Attending A&E Department university Hospital Crosshouse"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

I attended the A&E department following a fracture of small finger. Dr Zoe Higgs was very attentive and explained what was going to happen to me. The triage nurse and the nurses in the plaster room were friendly and also explained what was happening. Overall a first class experience, thank you.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
